Residensi Wilayah (Rumawip)

Eligibility criteria to apply for Rumawip, below are the main requirements for applicants:

• The applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Must be 21 years old and above on the registration date.
• Born / Stay / Work in Wilayah Persekutuan.
• First-time homebuyer (Never owned any property in Wilayah Persekutuan).
• Individual (Single) income must not exceed RM10,000.
• Household (Married) income must not exceed RM15,000.
• Only one RUMAWIP unit per applicant (including spouse).
